How many working days does it takes to repair?
We may take 1-48 hours for a repair. We do not give any guarantee of how many days it will take for the repair. Most of the phones or tablets are repaired within 24 to 48 hours unless the parts are out of stock or are not available.
Do you offer warranty on all your services?
We do offer warranty on all services. We offer a 90 days warranty on all services. If in case any issue arises from the original work, we will repair the device at no extra charge. All parts used for services are also in guarantee for 90 days from the date of service. The guarantee does not include any physical damage that is caused within the guarantee period. The guarantee is only applicable for the services and the parts used for the repair.
Do you give replacements of the product if it is further damaged during the repair period?
We provide replacements of the device if it is damaged during the repair period. We provide will replacement with the same condition.
Do you store credit card information?
FBR (Fast Budget Repairs) does not store any credit card information.
Is my personal information private?
We sometimes ask clients for their personal information such as name, email address, and a phone number. We take personal information to just provide a smooth service. FBR (fast budget repairs) takes extra steps to keep your information confidential.
What is success rate of water damage repair?
Typically, we have a water damage repair success of 85%, though nothing is guaranteed to work.
I found a cheaper repair. Why should I choose FBR?
While there are many who can fix your device in a cheaper rate, beware of the prices that look too good to be true. A cheap repair from other can give a subpar replacement parts, can further damage the device, and it may need more repairs in the long run. Whereas, we in FBR provide best quality parts that does not need repairs for long run. We focus on quality during our services.
Does FBR sell parts or tools?
Besides repairs, FBR also sells parts and tools. Within 6 months we will be more products available such as; screen protectors ,unlocked phones, tools and accessories, and various parts of phones and tablets.
Am I expected to pay for the repair before or is the payment due upon receipt?
Since every kind of repair is different, payment is due upon the receipt.
